League Rules

Ten sections. No legal wall. Read them once, take the Driver role, go racing.

  • Drivers must join the official Apex Predators Discord.
  • Register with one consistent racing name and keep it — it's how stewards, standings, and broadcasts track you.
  • Drivers must meet the minimum platform and game requirements below.
  • Skill level is open. If a division ever requires qualification, it'll be announced ahead of registration.
  • Age and regional eligibility follow the rules set by league administration in Discord.
  • Registration closes before each event — deadlines are posted in Discord.
  • Grid slots are limited and first come, first served — these nights fill fast, so get in early.
  • Registered drivers must confirm attendance before race night.
  • No-shows may lose priority for future events.
  • Reserve drivers are promoted in order when seats open up.
  • Respect other drivers, stewards, hosts, and the community.
  • No harassment, hate speech, threats, or targeted abuse — anywhere, ever.
  • Competitive banter is racing. Personal attacks are not.
  • No deliberate wrecking. No retaliation — report it, don't return it.
  • No exploiting bugs, cuts, or unauthorized assists.
  • Maintain control when rejoining the circuit — unsafe rejoins draw penalties.
  • Blocking, contact, and track limits follow the published league stewarding standard.
  • Respect blue flags and lapped-car etiquette.
  • Race director instructions are final on the night.
  • Stable internet connection.
  • Supported racing platform and title (see Driver Requirements below).
  • Working voice comms through Discord.
  • Correct game version and any required content installed before race night.
  • You're responsible for testing your own hardware before race time.
  • Grid setting per event is announced with registration — live qualifying, pre-race session, or time-trial seeding.
  • Late arrivals start from the back of the next available round.
  • Reserves slot in at the back unless a seeding time says otherwise.
  • League administration may adjust the format night to night.

Championship points follow the classic top-ten model (see the points table below). Fastest lap takes a bonus point where eligible. Points are tracked automatically and posted to the standings channel in Discord.

The points model is provisional until league administration locks the season — changes are announced before they apply.

Stewards review incidents and may apply, in escalating order:

  • Warning
  • Time penalty
  • Position penalty
  • Points deduction
  • Qualifying ban
  • Race suspension
  • League removal

Every decision can be appealed once, in writing, through the stewards' channel within 48 hours. Stewards' review of an appeal is final.

  • Races may be broadcast through the Formula FunCast and Apex Predators channels — live streams, YouTube, and shorts.
  • By registering, drivers consent to use of race footage, voice, usernames, likenesses, and interviews as permitted by league terms.
  • Round winners may be invited on-mic for interviews during the show.
  • League administration may revise schedules, formats, divisions, and rules.
  • Major changes are announced in Discord before they take effect.
  • Discord is the operational source of truth for race-day communication.
